I’m a keen motorcyclist and want to get Life Insurance. Will I be covered and my partner receive a payout if I have an accident and the worst happens?
If you are a motorcyclist and enjoy the daily ride to work or at the weekend all life insurers will be willing to cover you, but there may be some impact on the premium depending on the insurer and the engine capacity of your bike.
If however you like to take your motorcycling more competitively and enjoy amateur racing, then it depends on how the insurers will perceive this risk. Their decision will depend on a number of different variables such as the engine size, what type of racing you do and whether it is just in the UK or further afield.
