Can I Get Income Protection Over The Age Of 60

Yes, the good news is you should be able to get cover from certain insurers so don’t worry.

Across the marketing it is common for Income Protection Insurers to set a maximum entry age of 59. This can and has caused issues for individuals who have policies up until age 60 only to find that their cover can’t then be extended.

Luckily there are a number of insurers who offer a maximum entry age of 64. With these insurers it is even possible for the plan to run up to the age of 70 years old.
