About the Health & Protection Insurance Adviser Role
You will join the team in our Brighton office as an insurance adviser providing whole of market advice to personal clients on Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover, Income Protection and Private Medical Insurance.
Once you have a solid understanding of these products, there may also be the opportunity to develop your career into providing advice on Business Protection Insurance products, such as Keyman and Shareholder Protection Insurance or Employee Benefits.
With ongoing training and development, you will be required to achieve a very high level of technical knowledge combined with premier client service.
We are looking for highly-motivated individuals with sales capabilities who want to develop their career within the financial services sector.

To support your development, we will sponsor you through professional qualifications, starting with the Certificate in Health & Protection Insurance (Cert CII) with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).
For those that demonstrate a high level of ability there may also be the opportunity to progress to undertake the Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) with the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), with the aim of developing you into a holistic financial adviser that can also provide advice on pensions, investments and tax planning.

We do not have the requirement for you to be educated to degree level, but we would expect to see strong grades at either A-Level or GCSE.
