Tom Conner is Strategic Development Director at Drewberry, where he focuses on driving the business's growth objectives across its health and employee benefits proposition. He also sits on the board of the Protection Distributors Group (PDG), one of the leading trade bodies representing protection advisers across the UK.
Tom has 16 years of experience in the industry, during which time he has played a central role in shaping Drewberry's direction and commercial strategy.
He holds an MPhil in Finance, bringing a rigorous academic foundation to his strategic work.
Outside of work, Tom is an avid skier in the winter and a keen walker in the summer.
