Rory started out in the insurance industry fresh out of school after completing his A-Levels. He worked within the claims department for AXA Health, where he moved through various teams. Most of his time spent at AXA Health was in the Mental Health Support Team. This is where he felt he'd made a real impact to their members in often challenging situations.
Rory's next career move was to work in a brokerage. He joined Mercer Marsh Benefits as an Employee Benefits Consultant in 2022, specialising in Group Health for the SME market. Rory was then approached by Drewberry... He found himself impressed by the recent growth and recognition for providing excellent customer service, and decided to make the move!
In his spare time, Rory enjoys kitesurfing, preferably in a tropical location where possible; if not, the murky waters of the English channel are good enough. He enjoys keeping fit by going to the gym and running. Rory also likes watching football and can normally be found supporting Arsenal with his friends at the weekend.
