Matthew is a core member of our employee benefits team. In his role, it is key to understand that all businesses have different requirements when it comes to looking after their staff. With the right guidance, he hopes to ensure that your business has the correct employee benefits and protection package in place to generate a high retention rate of key members within your company.

Matthew is Cert CII-qualified and has a background in car insurance, although he previously worked as part of the prison service.

Matthew is a die-hard Chelsea fan who regularly attends the gym. He's got a goal to visit all the countries in Europe – 8 down so far, 33 to go! Back in 2018, he took some time out of work to go travelling in South America.
