Joanne has been in the insurance industry for 15 years. Her career began at a small IFA. Joanne came to Drewberry from a larger insurer, and liked that Drewberry are a smaller team with a nice atmosphere. Her background is predominately Medical Insurance and the qualifying products.

Joanne lives in West Sussex with her two young boys and husband. Her family are keen Chelsea FC fans with season tickets, and together they go to the Bridge regularly to watch them.
