Fiona is a member of the Client Support Team, completing applications and medical questionnaires, as well as keeping up with all the behind-the-scenes admin that helps Drewberry run like clockwork.
Who is Fiona Ross?
Fiona has built her career around providing excellent customer care and supporting people at every stage of their journey. With a background spanning retail, automotive, and financial services, she brings a wealth of experience in client-facing roles where communication, organisation, and empathy are key.
She began her career in administration before moving into customer service roles in both the motor industry and retail. During her 16 years at Tesco, Fiona progressed into leadership positions, developing strong problem-solving skills and a focus on making processes smooth and stress-free for customers. At Domestic & General, she deepened her expertise in client support, moving from frontline contact to onboarding and coaching roles, where she helped new team members deliver the best possible experience for clients.
At Drewberry, Fiona works as a Client Support Specialist, where her goal is to ensure every client receives clear, friendly, and reliable assistance.
