Felicity is one of Drewberry's Employee Benefits Administrators. She plays a crucial role when it comes to completing applications and keeping up with all the behind the scenes admin that helps Drewberry run like clockwork.

Felicity has over a decade in the customer service and administration sector, enjoying the fast-paced and ever-changing nature of the insurance industry. Despite a wealth of experience at benefits consultancies and investment brokers, she's proud to admit that her favourite role was as a Cat Nanny at Manchester's very first Cat Café.

In her spare time, Felicity is a cat sitter and keen player of Dungeons & Dragons – with her current campaign now running for over a decade. Her love of games has led her to a key role on a D&D podcast, and has also amassed a vast collection of Pokémon memorabilia. When she's not in the world of games, Felicity can be found curled up with a good book.
