Over the years, she has worked closely with a wide range of clients, advising on health, wellbeing, and protection benefits, and helping employers navigate renewals, market changes, and evolving workforce expectations.
Through her roles to date, Debbie has gained a strong understanding of how to balance cost, benefit design, and employee value. She is known for her clear, practical approach and for building long-term client relationships based on trust, consistency, and attention to detail. Debbie enjoys working collaboratively with clients to ensure their benefits remain appropriate, sustainable, and effective as businesses grow.
Outside of work, Debbie enjoys keeping active and spending time with family and friends. She loves discovering new places around the world and trying new experiences. Debbie is a big fan of live music and regularly heads out to gigs when she can. At home, she has two cats and a daughter who keep her busy... and entertained!
