Adam's role at Drewberry builds on his expertise in workplace pensions and employee benefits. He works closely with organisations to design tailored benefits packages that align with their goals and values. Beyond supporting his clients, Adam is also dedicated to helping their employees understand and fully appreciate the benefits available to them, ensuring they get the most out of their workplace offerings
Adam began his career in hospitality as a chef within a Michelin star restaurant, where he developed a strong work ethic, attention to detail and people skills. He later moved into sales across property and recruitment, gaining client-facing experience and a consultative approach.
His growing interest in finance led him to Revolut, followed by roles in employee benefits – supporting businesses with workplace wellbeing. Today, Adam is a Senior Pensions Consultant at Drewberry, helping clients enhance their pension offering and increasing employees understanding, helping them plan for retirement accordingly.
In his spare time, Adam enjoys long walks across the Ashdown Forest with his dog Hugo. A passionate cook, he still puts his culinary skills to good use, having originally started his career as a chef. A keen sports fan, Adam follows football and Formula 1, and when he’s not watching a match or a race, he loves travelling and exploring new cities with his wife.
