Jamie-Lee has a degree in Zoology and Masters in Wildlife Management. She started working full time dealing with Group Pension enquiries for Friends Life and quickly moved to take on more responsibilities including auditing and training – including helping the company migrate admin processes to their team in India.
In her 5 years within the Employee Benefits team at Succession she quickly progressed to management carrying out a variety of duties and gaining qualifications which helped her gain a wealth of knowledge in Employee Benefits and operations management.
In her spare time Jamie-Lee loves to read a lot and learn new things.
