You can now decide exactly how benefits appear on your employees’ dashboards, helping you highlight what matters most to your organisation. It’s an easy way to make key features stand out, ensuring employees see the most valuable information first.
🤔 What Is Dashboard Reordering?
Dashboard reordering allows you to customise the layout of your employees’ dashboards so the most important benefits appear first.
For example, you might decide to place Total Reward Statements and Discounts right at the top to maximise visibility and engagement.
Once you’ve set your preferred order, every employee’s dashboard automatically updates to reflect your layout. Employees cannot customise the order themselves – the view you set applies to the whole organisation.

🔓 How To Access Dashboard Reordering

Log in to My.Drewberry.

Click your Avatar icon in the top right corner and select Admin Centre.
3. From the left-hand menu, select the Settings tab.
4. At the top, click Organise.

Here you’ll see all the benefit components that appear on your employees’ dashboards — along with the order they’re currently displayed in.
⚙️ How To Reorder Components
You can change the order in two simple ways:
1️⃣ Drag and Drop

Select the dots on the left-hand side of any component.

Hold and move it into the position you want.

2️⃣ Use the Arrows

Click the up or down arrows to shift components up or down the list.

Once you’ve finished, your changes save automatically.

To view your updated layout:

Click the Home icon in the top left corner.

You’ll see the dashboard instantly update, in the example below you see Total Reward Statements and Discounts at the top, with all other benefits below.

🤔 Can Employees Customise Their Own Layout?
No. Dashboard order is set at the organisation level. Every employee will see the same layout you define.
If you need to make future changes, simply revisit the Admin Centre → Settings → Organise area.
