While the process of giving <a href=\"https:\/\/www.drewberryinsurance.co.uk\/my\/support\/article\/how-does-praise-work\/\">praise<\/a> remains the same, they will now have the option to include a gift alongside it.<\/p>\n<p>Within the praise component in the front end, employees can go to the giving tab (third along), search for the employee they want to give praise to and then they can choose to <strong>\u2018Include Gift\u2019. <\/strong>They will then be given the option to add an amount.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>GOOD TO KNOW <\/strong>\ud83e\udd13<\/p>\n<p>To keep gifts <strong>tax-free<\/strong> under the UK\u2019s <strong>trivial benefits rule<\/strong>, individual gifts <strong>can\u2019t exceed \u00a350<\/strong>. You also can\u2019t receive trivial benefits worth more than \u00a3300 in a tax year if you\u2019re the director of a \u2018close\u2019 company.
