Within each category, they can see:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>benefits available<\/strong> to employees in that category<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>service level<\/strong> assigned to the category<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>associated payroll<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>If the category is <strong>active or disabled <\/strong>(if disabled employees in that category won&#8217;t get access to the platform)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The screenshot below shows that employees in the <strong>\u2018All Employee\u2019<\/strong> category can access a range of benefits, such as <strong>Group Life Insurance, Group Income Protection, and Cycle to Work<\/strong>. For instance, if new employees receive 24 days of holiday for their first year, the rule would apply for 365 days.
