Rather than manually adding data, integrating saves you a lot of time and effort.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>See how the Personio integration works and check if it fits your data management needs in My.Drewberry.<\/p>\n<h2>Check Your Employee Data<\/h2>\n<p>Before you integrate, check if your employee data is correct in Personio.<\/p>\n<p>This includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Employment Start Date<\/li>\n<li>Name<\/li>\n<li>Address<\/li>\n<li>Date of Birth<\/li>\n<li>Gender<\/li>\n<li>Salary<\/li>\n<li>Location\/Site<\/li>\n<li>Employee Type<\/li>\n<li>End Date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If there\u2019s a specific category you want to sync, such as a workplace site, we can limit the data pulled from Personio. The data we retrieve for My.Drewberry will then be based on your requested categories.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3260\" data-original=\"https:\/\/www.drewberryinsurance.co.uk\/my\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/People-Sync-Filter-Intro.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1862\" height=\"938\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>How Does Personio Integration Work?<\/h2>\n<p>By integrating Personio with My.Drewberry, it will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Update any employees who currently exist in data from Personio as per the data fields included above<\/li>\n<li>Add any employees who are in Personio, but not in My.Drewberry based on the People Sync filter in our integration<\/li>\n<li>Move any employees past their end date to the leavers section and trigger the removal of these individuals from their benefits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>NOTE<\/strong>: Any changes made in Personio will override changes manually made on My.Drewberry.<\/p>\n<h2>New Joiners From Personio<\/h2>\n<p>When configuring your My.Drewberry platform, we select an employee category which ensures employees are enrolled in their eligible benefits. This feature is unique to Drewberry, meaning the category is not set when new joiners are uploaded via HRIS sync.<\/p>\n<p>If you add a new employee, you will be assigned a task to add them to the correct category in My.Drewberry. Ensure Your People Sync Settings Are Correct<\/h3>\n<p>If there is a location or category of employee you want to sync, our People Sync function enables the data to be filtered from Personio. Enter a name for the credentials, e.g. My.Drewberry, and select the relevant integration from the dropdown menu. If yours isn&#8217;t there, click &#8220;Other&#8221;. Then use the checkboxes provided to allow permissions.<\/p>\n<p>The form will create the Client ID and Client Secret you need to confirm integration with My.Drewberry. Set Up The Integration<\/h3>\n<p>Return to your My.Drewberry tab and input the Client ID and Client Secret into the fields. Personio will become your source of truth for your essential employee data.<\/p>\n<p>Any changes you make in My.Drewberry to any of the data we sync will be overwritten by the data in Personio the next day.<\/p>\n<h2>How To Disable Your Integration<\/h2>\n<p>If you need to disable your integration, go to the integration section under \u201cManage Employees\u201d in My.Drewberry. Click \u201cManage\u201d.
