We’ve introduced a new enhancement to My.Drewberry that ensures employees only see benefits that are relevant and available to them, based on age and salary criteria – creating a clearer, smarter benefits experience.
How It Works
- We’ll apply filters to your employees’ dashboards according to the age and salary criteria you provide.
- Benefit cards can be shown or hidden based on an employee’s age and/or base salary. For example, you might choose to make health assessments visible only to employees aged 40 and above, or show private medical insurance to those earning a certain salary level.
- Employees who don’t meet the criteria won’t see the benefit card on their dashboard.
- If someone later becomes eligible (for example, after a birthday or salary increase), the card will appear automatically on their next login.
- If they become ineligible, the card will no longer be shown.
