See how employees are interacting with the platform and the benefits you offer. Identify what’s popular, what’s underused, and where there may be gaps in awareness or value.
📊 Benefit Breakdown
Drill down into each benefit scheme to see who’s enrolled, who’s completed key actions (like nominating beneficiaries), and where uptake could be improved.
💷 Cost Efficiency
Monitor your spend with clear breakdowns of the total cost of each benefit. Understand what you’re investing, and whether it’s delivering the value you expect.

How Do I Access Analytics?
To access Analytics:
- Go to the Admin section of your My.Drewberry platform.
- Click on the Reporting tab.
- Select the Analytics tab from the top of the page.
- Choose the type of data you want to view from the drop down menu and a comprehensive report will appear.
Can I Export Data?
Yes. Each report has a ‘View Report’ option. By clicking this you will be able to view the data that sits behind the graph.
You will also have the option to ‘Download’ the data by clicking the ‘Download Button’. This will export a CSV. file.
