You will work alongside the existing Client Support Team to provide support to our team of Insurance Advisers, who advise customers on income protection insurance, life insurance, critical illness and private health insurance. You will also work closely with customers and insurers. The main duties of the role include:
When completing applications, you will be asking customers to disclose medical information which can be complex and sensitive, so it is essential that you have a sensitive and professional telephone manner.
Equally important is a high attention to detail, as the process involves careful data entry. You will use standard office software, such as Word, Outlook and Excel, as well as in-house systems, so you will need to have solid computer skills. Experience of working in financial services is an advantage but is not essential.
